Naomi Lett
Naomi Lett began dancing at the age of eight and has had a passion for the art of Dance ever since. She attended a small studio in Prince Albert for three years before moving to train under the instruction of Sheri Wendt at Enhance Studios. It was here that Naomi developed a special love for ballet, although she trained in the areas of jazz and lyrical as well. At the age of thirteen Naomi moved to the Performing Arts Warehouse where she trained in various styles and under the training of Gillian McCaffery, successfully completed her RAD Vocational Examinations up to Advanced I. Throughout the years Naomi has competed in various dance competitions around the province and been very successful in all of them. Naomi became involved with Juliette’s Dance Centre when she began taking privates from Mme Juliette in order to complete her Advance Foundation and Advanced I ballet exam in the same year. She then had the opportunity to assist for the Advanced Foundation class in the summer ballet workshop before spending a week working with Lynette Kelley, one of Canada’s finest RAD ballet examiners. In this coming year Naomi will be moving to Saskatoon where she will be studying Kinesiology at the U of S and working to take her Advanced II ballet exam with Juliette’s Dance Centre. She is very excited to work with the students and hopes to pass the love of dance on to them in the same way it was passed on to her.
